Shipping policy

We work hard to ship all orders quickly, affordably, and reliably across the United States. Below is our current shipping policy, updated to reflect our new carrier-calculated rates and handling structure.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Large loadouts, oversized items, and multi-box orders may require additional preparation time.

Shipping Rates

LodoShop uses real-time carrier-calculated rates from UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Box size

  • Destination

  • Carrier service selected

A small handling fee is applied to each shipment to cover packaging, labor, and protective materials.

🚫 Free shipping is not available for loadouts or heavy items.

This ensures fair pricing across all orders and guarantees safe, properly packed deliveries.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most standard shipments arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on destination and carrier workload.

Expedited options (when available) are displayed at checkout.

Oversized items, heavy loadouts, and multi-box shipments may take slightly longer to be delivered.

Same-Day Delivery & Local Pickup (Maryland Only)

Same-day delivery is available within 35 miles of Laurel, MD for qualifying orders placed before 12 PM EST (Monday–Saturday). Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be shown at checkout.

Local Pickup

Pickup is available in Laurel, MD.
Orders are usually ready within a few hours during business hours. Customers will receive an email when their order is ready.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Additional border fees

are the responsibility of the customer.

Pallets, Truckloads & Freight

Freight shipping is available for pallets, truckloads, and bulk wholesale orders.

Freight pricing will be:

  • Shown at checkout (when applicable)

  • Or provided via custom quote

These orders may require scheduling and additional handling time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after the label is created.

Shipping Delays

While we ship orders quickly, delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather

  • High-volume seasons

  • Incorrect addresses

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays but will assist with any issues if they arise.
