Our Rewards Program is a free loyalty system designed to enhance your shopping experience. You earn points every time you shop, refer friends, or complete special actions. Points can be redeemed for discounts, mystery boxes, and exclusive member-only rewards — it’s our way of giving back to our loyal shoppers.
Membership is completely free and automatic! Simply create an account or place your first order to start earning points instantly. There’s no extra signup process — you’ll be added to the program automatically.
Once you’re logged in, head to your Rewards Dashboard. There, you can see your total points balance, recent activity, and your progress toward the next VIP tier. You can also redeem rewards or view available offers directly from your dashboard.
You move up through VIP tiers by earning more points from purchases and activities. Each tier unlocks bigger perks, multipliers, and exclusive benefits. Your current tier and progress toward the next one are clearly shown in your dashboard — the more you shop, the faster you level up.
Nope — your points never expire! You can save and redeem them whenever you want. We believe loyalty should be rewarded without time limits, so you have full flexibility to use your rewards when it suits you best.
You can redeem rewards directly from your Rewards Dashboard. Once you’ve earned enough points, simply click “Redeem” next to the reward you want. You’ll receive a discount code instantly, which you can apply at checkout.
Each discount code applies to one order at a time. However, you can save unused rewards in your dashboard and use them later — they’ll always be waiting for you.
No worries — as long as you check out using the same email linked to your LodoShop Rewards account, your points will automatically be added once the order is confirmed.
