Refund policy

1. Return Window

LodoShop offers a 30-day return window from the date the customer receives the item, as confirmed by carrier delivery records.

Return requests submitted outside of this 30-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition

  • Item must include all original tags, components, manuals, and accessories

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Item must show no signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage

  • Proof of purchase is required

LodoShop reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a returned item meets eligibility requirements.


3. Return Authorization Process

All returns must be authorized prior to shipment.

To request a return authorization, contact:

If approved, LodoShop will issue:

  • A return authorization

  • A return shipping label

  • Specific return instructions

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.


4. Return Shipping Address

All authorized returns must be shipped to:

LodoShop is not responsible for items returned to an incorrect address.


5. Condition Upon Return & Inspection

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

LodoShop reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria

  • Issue partial refunds where applicable

  • Deny refunds for items returned damaged, altered, incomplete, or used

Items rejected after inspection may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense or disposed of at LodoShop’s discretion.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect orders immediately upon delivery.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photographic evidence

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the item as delivered.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable, without exception:

  • Perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

LodoShop reserves the right to designate additional items as non-returnable at its discretion.


8. Exchanges

LodoShop does not process direct exchanges.

To obtain a different item:

  1. Submit and complete an approved return

  2. Place a new order separately


9. European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers retain the statutory right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility and condition requirements outlined above.


10. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days

  • Banks and payment processors may require additional time to post funds

LodoShop is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and funds have not posted, customers should contact Support@LodoShop.com.


11. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact LodoShop directly to resolve return or refund issues prior to initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and forfeiture of return privileges.


12. Policy Modifications

LodoShop reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
